Kaamos has started construction of a new residential quarter, “Riiti”, on Juglas Street in Riga

Kaamos has started construction of a new residential quarter, “Riiti”, on Juglas Street in Riga, just a short walk from Lake Jugla. The project will feature five apartment buildings ranging from four to nine stories high.

The total investment in the project will reach €32 million, and the construction will be carried out by Kaamos Group’s own company, Kaamos Construction. The quarter is expected to be completed by the end of 2029.

“‘Riiti’ will be our largest residential project in Latvia to date,” says Guntars Cauna, Chairman of the Board at Kaamos Real Estate.

The quarter will have 233 apartments with two to four rooms, ranging in size from 42 to 153 square meters. Solar panels on the rooftops will provide part of the buildings’ energy from renewable sources.

Architect Uldis Bērziņš highlights a special walking area in the western part of the quarter by Strazdupīte, which will be one of the most enjoyable spaces for residents. “Riiti” is Kaamos’ fourth multi-apartment project in Latvia, fully developed using the company’s own resources.

The development will take place in three phases:
The first phase will include three five-story buildings with 97 apartments.
The second and third phases will feature two taller buildings — eight and nine stories high — with a total of 136 apartments, ranging from 42 to 150 square meters.
